The number of heart patients in Lahore started increasing rapidly.

HEART PATIENT

At the Punjab Institute of Cardiology, one patient reports every minute. Back-to-back, a heart patient is admitted, and the hospital's emergency room is full of heart patients.

Prof. Bilal Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, chief of the PIC, claims that in extremely cold weather, a patient with a heart condition is reported every minute and that the rate of heart-related deaths also increases.

Winter brings an increase in the number of hospital beds, according to the Punjab Institute of Cardiology.

Experts say that the use of poultry foods during events that cause heart attacks, the narrowing of the heart arteries in the winter, and wearing warm clothing all contribute to a rapid rise in heart attack cases.
